You’re invited to a free community event featuring Rob Nielsen from Lifeline who has extensive experience working with regional and rural communities across Queensland. Learn how to improve well being and build resilience to face everyday challenges.
Be inspired by real food author Jen Shaw’s passion for simple and affordable healthy food. Enjoy a cooking demonstration and tasting, and take away easy tips to enhance your family’s health and happiness.
