Property computer mapping workshop Cunnamulla

AgForce Queensland in conjunction with the Paroo Shire Council is proud to be delivering a property computer mapping workshop for producers. Spend a day with our mapping professionals to get you started on your property map. Computer mapping is one of the most effective property management tools available to assist producers to improve productivity and planning, and reduce the threat of bushfires/wildfires to assets on your property.

What producers will receive:

• Learn the advantages of using a property map as a management tool
• Set up your own map project
• Draw property infrastructure e.g. paddocks, fences and water points
• One-on-one training with qualified mapping professionals
• Linking GPS device to property map and program
• Elevation data and 3D mapping
• Property data analysis demonstration: buffering objects for planning and monitoring
• Take home property data including up-to-date government vegetation mapping layers and elevation data

Cost: FREE, Smoko and lunch provided. Places are strictly limited to producers within the Paroo Shire only. Please RSVP to avoid missing out.
