DESCRIPTION:These 2 planning days are for people who have done Holistic Management course either in person\, online or RCS training (you will need to bring your Holistic Grazing and Profit planning information to benefit from the planning sessions). \nTake these two days\nTake these 2 days to ‘work on your business’ and do your grazing plan and annual profit plan\, as a holistic manager. \nTicket price includes up to 2 people/ business to attend. We encourage you to bring your partner or team member so you can create your plans together\, making implementation easier when you get home. \nThis is your chance to make the time to do the plans with support and get to know like minded people in your region. \nTicket price includes: \n\nSupport/Mentoring over 2 days\, planning materials + 1hr /Business -Implementation Session with your Educator as a follow up to the planning days.\nCreate your seasonal grazing plan.\nCreate your Annual Profit Plan for 2025-26- Plan your Profit first\, allocate funds for wealth generating expenses and manage your Everyday expenses.\nQ & A and group discussion – Monitoring your grazing plan\, Stocking rate\, Carrying Capacity\, planning a profit/surplus\, allocating expenses\, brainstorm ways to reduce maintaining expenses.
