The Australian Society of Animal Production and the New Zealand Society of Animal Production are joining together to bring Animal Production 2016 to Adelaide, South Australia.
The program for Animal Production 2016 will focus on animal welfare, productivity and profitability of livestock industries.
The conference will bring together scientists, producers, extension specialists, educators, consultants, students and companies with an interest in improving the welfare, productive efficiency, product quality and profitability of animal industries.
Dr Temple Grandin, known for her award-winning work on the design of livestock handling facilities, has accepted an invitation to be keynote speaker and will outline the principles of her work. A great start for the program!
