- Developing breeding objectives – current performance, environment, markets, etc.
- Bull Breeding Soundness Evaluation (BBSE) and understanding semen morphology
- Estimated Breeding values (EBVs)
- Structural soundness – assessing muscle and fat
- Temperament – measuring flight time
- Key research findings – Beef CRC, BullPower, etc.
- Biosecurity on-farm, animal health and nutrition.
