Mo previously worked as Senior Agriculture Teacher at TAFE\, and Northern Manager and Senior Instructor at Queensland Agricultural Training Colleges. Mo owns and manages Fassifern Limousin and Droughtmaster Stud\, with expertise in breeding and showing quality cattle. \nBenn Knott\, Carbon and Natural Capital expert:\nBenn Knott is a Senior Ecologist and serves as the Director of Greenfields Environmental and Agricultural Services\, as well as Isidore Agri Solutions. With over 20 years of experience in consulting for the agricultural industry\, Benn specializes in vegetation management\, biodiversity offsets\, carbon accounting\, and carbon project management.
