DESCRIPTION:This three-day workshop will give you a solid handle on all the necessary business stuff while showing you how to become more proficient\, organised and effective\, so you can spend less time in the office and more on the things that make you happy. \nThe workshop covers four key areas:\n \nThis workshop will give you practical\, actionable steps you can take to enable more effective use of your office time and quicker\, more confident decision-making\, so you can spend more time doing whatever it is that you love – quality time with family\, being out in the paddock or maybe contributing to your community. What will you do with your newfound freedom? \nParticipants will learn how to analyse an agricultural business and have the unique opportunity to use data from their own business. If you do not have your own business or data\, that’s fine it will not affect your learning experience. Suitable for all skill and confidence levels. If you would like to use your own business information please click here for what you will need to get the most out of these sessions.
