Longreach is set to host a forum designed to help red meat producers aged 18 to 35 build their skills and make more money from their businesses. The Next Generation MeatUp Forum, to be held on 21 September, aims to provide those interested in the beef and sheep industries with management ideas, leadership skills and practical tools to improve their business.
The MeatUp Forum is being organised by Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) and the Western Queensland Regional Beef Research Committee in collaboration with a local organising committee to provide clear, concise and practical information for young people with an interest in the beef and sheep industries.
Cost: Entry to the forum and dinner costs $50 per person, $25 forum only, or $25 dinner only.
