Helping CQ producers to better meet meat specs!
Guest speaker Geoff Teys from Teys Australia will talk about the market situation and compliance issues for producers. Results from the Market Compliance Producer Demonstration Site will be presented with producers on hand to talk about their experiences using the UltrAmac® Fat Depth Scanner. There will also be a yard demonstration using the fat scanner on a mob of steers.
