Using Google Earth and Queensland Globe
Learn how to create your own basic property map utilising free Google Earth mapping tools and access relevant and up to date data through Queensland Globe.
Key areas and topics:
- Learn to map property infrastructure such as fence lines and water points
- Calculate paddock areas and buffer zones
- Learn how to access and use Queensland Globe data
This workshop is provided at no cost to landholders in the Fitzroy Basin and is supported by Fitzroy Basin Association Inc. through funding from the Australian Government’s Reef Programme.
