DESCRIPTION:First Minutes Matter is a FREE community trauma training program aimed at equipping you with practical skills for time-critical medical situations while professional help is on the way. \nIn this one-day in-person workshop from LifeFlight’s experienced training team\, you’ll learn about the following topics: \n\nPersonal\, Road & Aircraft Safety\nBurns\nBleeding\nSnake Bites\nAirways (Choking & Anaphylaxis)\nStrokes\, Seizures & Febrile Convulsions\nCPR & AEDs\nEmergency Equipment\nWellbeing\n\nThe workshop starts at 9:00am and finishes at 3:00pm with a lunch break in between (lunch is not provided). We recommend arriving early so you can find a seat and meet your Trainer.
