Cattle heat load toolbox upgrade

The Cattle heat load toolbox upgrade project added new features to the web based Cattle Heat Load Toolbox (CHLT) which alerts feedlot operators of impending adverse weather conditions that could lead to excessive heat loads in feedlot cattle.
