If you’re a business owner, manager or supervisor, a strong understanding of your obligations and responsibilities under the Workplace Health and Safety Act 2011 is essential. This five day program will help you to improve and implement workplace and farm safe work practices to reduce the risk of injuries and fatalities.
This non-accredited program will provide you with the skills and knowledge to enable you to fulfill the role of Health and Safety Representatives (HSR), as set out in the Work Health and Safety Act, 2011.
The course provides participants with the skills and knowledge to enable them to fulfill the role of Health and Safety Representatives (HSR), as set out in the Work Health and Safety Act, 2011. A HSR must have undertaken this training in order to issue a Provision Improvement Notice (PIN).
Fully funded under the Rural Support Training program. Eligibility criteria applies. Applications are required by 25 March 2019.
