Join us for a hands-on workshop where you will:
- Hear the latest on pasture dieback
- Do a simple business health check which helps inform your plan
- Learn about SMART goals and elements for a robust business plan
- Create a short ‘getting started’ version of a Farm Business Plan
- Discuss drought management ideas with peers and speakers
- Hear about current financial assistance programs (e.g. Drought Preparedness Grant and loans) and how to apply using your business plan.
This is a free workshop with morning tea and lunch provided.
