Meet our Farm Business Resilience Planning Team and get started on creating your farm business plan.

Join us for a hands-on workshop where you will:

  • Hear the latest on pasture dieback
  • Do a simple business health check which helps inform your plan
  • Learn about SMART goals and elements for a robust business plan
  • Create a short ‘getting started’ version of a Farm Business Plan
  • Discuss drought management ideas with peers and speakers
  • Hear about current financial assistance programs (e.g. Drought Preparedness Grant and loans) and how to apply using your business plan.

This is a free workshop with morning tea and lunch provided.
