Don’t forget to renew or update your biosecurity entity registration!

If you own or keep livestock or beehives in Queensland it is a legal requirement to be a registered biosecurity entity (RBE). If you are a landowner, a lessee or agist your animals on someone else’s land you need to register. The purpose of this is to have accurate information about where livestock and beehives are to assess risk, trace movements and keep owners’ information during an animal disease emergency.

Once registered your biosecurity entity is valid for 3 years. You must confirm your RBE details or advise registration is no longer required before the end of this term.

To update your details or renew your registration log into the biosecurity entity registration portal.
