Gascoyne Pilbara Rangelands Initiative (GPRI) are hosting a hosting a two day Family Communication and Succession Workshop.
Delivered by Allan Parker from Peak Performance, this regionally specific workshop will support pastoral families to build practical skills around communication, negotiation, decision making and succession conversations.
Succession and family business discussions can be complex, and they often benefit from time, structure and the right support. This workshop is designed to help families have clearer conversations, better understand different perspectives, and work through important decisions in a practical way.
The face to face workshop will also include follow up online sessions and access to valuable resources to help participants continue applying what they have learnt.
