Join Burnett Mary Regional Group (BMRG), the Leather family and industry experts for the first field day of the Inland Burnett Integrated Project.
Hosted at Hazeldean, this practical on-farm event will explore how natural capital, sustainable grazing management and landscape restoration can build more productive, profitable and resilient grazing businesses.
Through presentations and a guided property tour, you’ll see how practical land management approaches are improving landscape function, soil health, water retention and biodiversity while reducing erosion and sediment loss. You’ll also learn how these improvements can create opportunities for participation in emerging natural capital and environmental markets.

The Project supports farmers to improve productivity, strengthen resilience and reduce sediment and nutrient runoff to the Great Barrier Reef through demonstarrtion farms, practical training and peer learning.
