Introducing ‘Paddock Power’ – a new computer tool for planning your paddock development

Planning some fencing and/or adding new water points are all crucial decisions for property management. Paddock Power is a new computer tool that supports producers with their individual property planning requirements and decision-making.

Join Dr Dionne Walsh (Range IQ – formerly NT Department of Industry, Tourism and Trade (NT DITT)) and Dr Christie Pearson (Livestock Team Leader – NT DITT) in this 2-part (recorded) webinar series when they discuss:

  • The spatial behaviours of animals such as their distance to water and total distance travelled in well and poorly watered paddocks
  • How overall herd production behaviours may be impacted by watered area of the paddock.
