“Lisgar” and “Mt Aberdeen”
“Lisgar”, Gumlu, home to the Lisgar Droughtmaster stud is the best place to go if you want to look at appropriate performance recording of a seedstock herd. Robert and Donna Rea have used research to put the pressure on their stud breeders for over 50 years. They have used BREEDPLAN for the last nine. What questions should you be asking of seedstock producers to improve the bottom line of your business?
At “Mt Aberdeen”, Bowen, Steve and Dell Norman have done a great job of breeder herd management on very tough country and have 23 years of data to prove it. Come and find out what management strategies they have used to improve breeder herd and business performance. What can you take home to improve calf output and business profitability?
Depart Emerald, Rockhampton or Biloela (pick-ups can be arranged along the way)
