DAFWA’s Northern Beef Futures project, funded by the State Government’s Royalties for Regions program, invites interested producers and other stakeholders to a field day at Roebuck Depot, near Broome.
Special guest presenter will be cattle vet Dr Ian Braithwaite.
Come and discuss opportunities to improve cattle production through change management systems.
Topics will include:
- analysis of the cattle beef business
- production versus profit
- grazing management
- understanding breeder and herd dynamics in Northern Australia
- identifying key performance indicators.
Bus transfers from Broome may be available.
