Is there a more profitable way to run the herd? Do you want a better idea of where your herd is going?
This workshop will help you:
- Prepare livestock schedules
- Calculate key herd performance indicators
- Prepare herd and cash flow projections
- Assess livestock trading opportunities
- Evaluate market options, e.g. bullocks versus feeder steers
- Analyse breeder herd structure and culling strategies
Breedcow Dynama is a software package developed to help graziers identify the most profitable way to manage their beef herd. Workshop attendees will have an opportunity to build a model of their own herd and test some scenarios for change.
