Practical condition scoring and pasture assessment

The day will be practically based with condition scoring in the yards and pasture assessment in the paddock. On hand:

• Alex Stirton, DAF Queensland – Condition scoring and its application
• David Fysh, Grazier – Utilising condition scoring as a management tool
• Désirée Jackson, DAF Queensland – Pasture assessment, diet quality and nutritional needs
• Jenny Milson, DAF Queensland – Plant species identification

Tea and coffee provided. Please bring lunch and a chair.
