From 1 October 2017, producers needed to meet new biosecurity and animal welfare requirements. Download copies of each of the Australian Animal Welfare Standards and Guidelines from animalwelfarestandards.net.au.

Check your state and territory’s specific animal welfare legislation on the Queensland Government, Northern Territory and Western Australian Government websites.
