Presenters
Maeve Harding, Sustainability Manager with the Fulton Market Group
Born and raised in rural Australia, Maeve Harding has a deeply personal and life-long connection with the Australian beef industry. Working with her family on various properties across New South Wales from childhood, cultivated Maeve’s deep understanding of the value of agriculture to sustain communities, livelihoods and the environment, as well as knowledge of the livestock production systems that underpin our precious rural assets.
In 2018, Maeve returned to the red meat supply chain managing the Australasian Logistics & Operations for global red meat supplier, Consolidated Food Co. For Maeve, the opportunity to reconnect with beef producers, packers, exporters and customers, both domestically and globally was a natural fit with her passion, skills and experience.
Of the challenges ahead for the red meat industry and her role as Sustainability Manager at FMG, Maeve said, “Fulton Market Group is well positioned to participate in the collaborative process towards a sustainable future for the beef industry and I’m so excited to be a part of that future.”
