Climate, Nutrition, Forage & Pest Management Workshop – Dirranbandi

Dirranbandi Landcare and Southern Queensland Landscapes (SQL) invite you on a property tour looking at the results of local landholders’ pasture planting with the Seabrook Seeder. The tour will be followed by an information session with presenters discussing a variety of topics.

Topics include:

• Seasonal Climate Outlooks and Tools – Vicki Mayne, NACP Climate Mate
• Ruminant nutrition, balancing requirements with supply and which supplements when – Roger Sneath, DAF Senior Extension Officer (Beef)
• Coordinated vertebrate pest management – Darren Marshall, SQL
• Forage property reports to support management – Paul Webb, SQL

Cost: Free of charge. Catering provided.
