You are invited to Building Grazing Business Resilience at Gayndah, 16 June.
Come and learn about new drought assistance and resources, discuss drought management ideas and identify learning opportunities at the free Building Grazing Business Resilience workshop.
As part of Queensland’s drought reform, Drought Preparedness Grants offer up to $50,000 as a co-contribution grant to assist primary producers undertake on-farm capital improvements that will improve the drought preparedness of their property.
To access these grants and other drought support measures including no and low interest loans, producers will need to have a Farm Business Resilience Plan.
To assist producers with this, the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries, Rural Solutions Queensland and Queensland Rural and Industry Development Authority invite you to a workshop to learn more about the new policy, how to apply and to discuss drought management ideas for adoption and funding.
