NATURAL SEQUENCE FARMING COURSE
A 4-day hands-on course taught by farmers for farmers
This is a four-day event and scheduled from 5 -8 September at Mundubbera. The course will focus on learning how to read your landscape, rehydrate the soil and maximise productivity through natural sequence farming.
The course will focus on a number of steps to maximising and healing the land including:
- Slow the flow – Learn how water interacts with the land and how to use the flow of water to heal, rather than damage.
- Biodiversity – How plants and over biomass can provide protection and support to the landscape.
- Animals – Understand how animals can be used to manage land
- Landscape and fertility – Work alongside the land to recycle and filter natural resources to improve soil health.
