LIVEXchange is being held in Darwin, 9‑10 November 2022. The conference is the major event for Australia’s livestock export industry, held every two years as a joint venture between the Australian Livestock Export Corporation (LiveCorp) and the Australian Livestock Exporters’ Council (ALEC).

The theme for 2022 is From here to there together: strengthening our foundations and creating connections.

Discussions will be centred on the capabilities of the industry, the strength of our markets, and the values shared by everyone in the supply chain, from Australian producers to the families being fed with quality Australian meat overseas. The theme is also recognition of how the past has shaped the present, and a chance to talk about where we want the industry to go in the next ten years, given it’s a decade since the introduction of regulation effectively making exporters responsible for animal welfare in destination markets.

LIVEXchange 2022 will be hosted by the Northern Territory Livestock Exporters’ Association (NTLEA) at the Darwin Convention Centre, with a welcome reception, gala dinner and charity auction.
