Preventing theileriosis in Australian cattle herds

Join the ParaBoss team 11 April, for their upcoming webinar where they will be exploring top tips to help producers gain an upper hand in theileriosis management.

Theileriosis is a lethal protozoal disease of cattle caused by Theileria orientalis and spread by bush ticks (Haemaphysalis longicornis). It is commonly seen across the coastal and central parts of the eastern states from North Queensland to Gippsland in Victoria, as well as the southwest region of Western Australia and occasionally in the southeast of South Australia. It was diagnosed for the first time in Tasmanian cattle in late 2022.

They look forward to you joining them for what will be an informative webinar from Professor David Emery, University of Sydney, and ParaBoss’ own Technical lead Dr Matt Playford. There will be ample time for questions, so they encourage you to ask.
