The Carbon EDGE workshop has been designed specifically for red meat producers who are looking to understand “what do I need to know?” in the carbon and sustainability space. It will answer questions such as how to reduce on-farm emissions whilst improving productivity, how to increase carbon sequestration, and what is happening in the supply chain.
By the end of the workshop, you will have a clear understanding of next steps to take on farm, including what data you may need to collect and an action plan to reduce emissions. The focus is also on this adding to your overall profitability of your business.
