This workshop will help producers make informed decisions about carbon sequestration and emission reduction strategies for broad-acre cropping. Topics covered will include:

  • Why do I need to know my greenhouse gas emissions?
  • What are the main greenhouse gases produced during cropping?
  • How do I calculate my farm’s greenhouse gas emissions?
  • How can I reduce my emissions while improving my productivity?
  • What are the opportunities and risks associated with carbon sequestration projects?
