Building Business Resilience Workshop
ABOUT
The Building Business Resilience workshop is part of the Farm Business Resilience Program and is designed to assist mixed and cropping businesses to assess their resilience to drought, flood and other natural disasters.
As part of Queensland’s drought reform, Drought Preparedness Grants of Up to $50,000 will be available to primary producers to undertake on-farm improvements that improve their drought resilience. To access these grants and other drought support measures including no and low interest loans, producers will need to have a Farm Business Resilience Plan.
At the completion of the workshop, participating businesses should have:
– Identified training, development and on-farm adaption opportunities
– A draft Farm Business Resilience Plan which allows them to access drought preparedness and recovery funding via QRIDA.
