Presented by AgForce, the Carbon and Your Ag Business workshop will be a clear and pragmatic guide to help you understand and navigate the world of carbon.

Topics that will be discussed:

  • What does carbon mean for you and why is it important?
  • The fundamentals of carbon, tailored to your region and commodity, focused on facts and free from media or political spin.
  • Carbon in your property and business: how it works & how to change it — vegetation, soil, energy and livestock.
  • Supply chains and governments — opportunities, risks, expectations.
  • Carbon calculators and how to use them.
  • How to prepare yourself and identify carbon advisors trying to sell you a lemon.
  • Pulling it all together for your business.

Everyone is welcome.

We will be working through carbon calculators – BRING YOUR LAPTOP OR TABLET so you can interact with the calculator
