The Climate Clever Beef Project has been running in the region for three years, with a focus group of beef businesses trialing practices aimed at reducing methane emissions and increasing carbon sequestration while maintaining productivity. This field day will showcase project findings, guest speakers and a property tour by David Schwennesen.

- Analysing a beef business – Ian McLean, Bush AgriBusiness
- CCB findings: weight gains, soil carbon results, economics, modelling, stocking rates and diet quality analysis – DAF project team
- Focus group members’ insights – exclosure fencing, remote monitoring etc.
