Inviting all involved in agriculture to Farmers helping our own

Presented by farmers for farmers, and their communities, to feel more empowered to help those close to them through these challenging times. Our intention is to leave you feeling more comfortable to start the tough conversations and ask the right questions, help key decision makers to act, connect those close to you with professional support if required, and look after yourself, family, friends, and community during times of significant adversity. An informative, but informal morning of ‘farmers helping our own’.

Be who you need, when you are needed most

The workshop will cover:

• decision making in adverse times
• taking care when times are tough – mental health during adversity
• keeping communities united.
