The South Burnett Grazing Network invites you to ‘Incorporating climate variability into grazing risk management’ workshop at Kingaroy.
Speakers, Chelsea Jarvis (USQ), and Peter Crawford (NACP Climate Mate for the Burnett Mary) will discuss:
- The main drivers affecting the climate in this region, and how to use them
- How to access and interpret medium to longer term climate outlooks
- What management decisions could be impacted by the seasonal outlook
- Hands-on activity where we show how to find and use a number of useful climate products, tools and websites.
