Nolan Meats in conjunction with the Gympie District Beef Liaison Group and the Gympie Carcass Classic Committee are sponsoring a full day program around the Classic. The day will have a strong focus on safety in rural applications with concurrent sessions on – Food Safe, Home Safe, Work Safe, Farm Safe, Chem Safe and Enviro Safe.
Admission is free and all catering is provided. There are limited numbers available so registration is essential.
