WHAT & WHO Join us for the innovative Rain Gauge: Forecasting for a Profitable Future course, developed by the Northern Australia Climate Program (NACP) and Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA).
Red meat producers from southern Queensland are invited to participate in the pilot offering of Module 2 of PGS: Rain Gauge. In return producers will provide feedback on the content and practical relevance of this course.
KEY LEARNINGS:

Gain an in-depth understanding of climate drivers like ENSO and IOD and their effects on weather patterns.

Learn to set and use key decision dates effectively.

Discover how seasonal conditions affect livestock mortality.

Develop strategies to manage grazing pressure during challenging seasons.
