The RCS Grazing For Profit One Day Workshop is a practical, high-impact workshop designed to help producers improve business performance, strengthen decision-making and build more profitable, resilient operations.

In just one day, participants will explore proven RCS principles that connect land management, productivity, finance and people—giving them a clearer understanding of how each area influences whole-business success.

Participants will discover:

  • how to identify hidden inefficiencies in the business
  • the RCS principles that drive long-term profitability
  • practical ways to improve production and landscape health
  • strategies they can apply immediately in their own operation

Attendees will leave with practical ideas, fresh insights and clear next steps they can take back to their business straight away.

Topics covered on the day

RCS 1 day workshops are tailored events that use principle based learning with topics relevant to the specific attendees and region. The information covered will span across our 4 key pillars – people, land, production and business. Some example topics can include grazing principles, ruminant nutrition, ecological management, soil health principles and understanding the difference between taxation accounting versus management accounting. This will tie together to step participants through our three secrets of profit which can be applied to all businesses.

Note: Spaces are limited so registration is essential. Please submit one registration request per participant.
