This workshop is designed for central Queensland land managers looking for practical, affordable ways to protect their soil, roads, tracks and fencelines. The day will include live machinery demonstrations showing simple and effective techniques to prevent and manage erosion.

What you’ll walk away with

  • Soil type and erosion risk identification skills
  • Practical machinery techniques to protect roads, tracks and fencelines
  • Approaches to reduce soil and silt loss
  • How to repair washouts and restore productivity after flooding
