Practical ways to manage your soil
Graziers and growers are invited to join these free soil pit workshops to learn hands-on ways to improve their soil.
Attendees will hear how to:
- Assess and improve the health of your soil
- Use tools to measure your soil’s health
- Increase production and reduce run-off
- Make your land resilient against weather events.
About the presenters
Nicole Masters, Founder and Director of Integrity Soils, Nicole has a background in ecology, soil science and organisational learning. Nicole has been providing agricultural consulting and extension services since 2003 and is recognised as a knowledgable speaker on the topic of soil health.
Terry McCosker, Found and Director of Resource Consulting Services, Terry is one of the great innovators of Australian agriculture and is considered, by some, as the most trusted source of farming knowledge in Australia. With over 45 years of experience, Terry is an expert in managing soil nutrients to improve land health and business profitability.
Morning tea and lunch will be provided. Please bring a hat and chair.
