Join us for a FREE field day at Coffey Cattle Co. to learn all about how owners Adam and Jacynta combine tree growing with livestock grazing on their 2500-hectare property in Central Queensland.

Discover how integrating trees and cattle on farm can lead to a more productive, profitable, and sustainable future for your business.

This event is part of the Steak n Wood project, and we’ll be showcasing the research we’re conducting in collaboration with Adam and Jac Coffey.

The focus will be on:
  • Inspect silvopastoral systems demonstration sites incorporating trees on farm with single and mixture hardwood species; a native forest silvopastoral system that has been sustainable managed to increase tree, pasture and livestock growth rates
  • See the preliminary trial results and learn about the successes and challenges
  • Discuss the multiple benefits of silvopastoral systems
  • Financial outcome of these systems and more!
