Succession always seems to come up in conversations! Clearly it’s a key consideration for many agribusinesses. However, many don’t understand what succession could mean for them, or what their options are (it’s not always about handing on to the next generation).

There are also some key strategies that, if implemented, will make the planning (and carrying out) of succession much easier, avoiding the ‘train wreck’ outcome we often see.
