Join Vet Cross for a multi-topic beef production seminar.
Vet Cross will be discussing genetic technologies, local disease issues impacting local beef producing herds and animal welfare issues.
Topics to be covered:
- Prevalence of local reproductive diseases and how to prevent these from costing your business money
- The importance of developing breeding objectives and how new genetic technologies can improve the bottom line
- An update on current beef genetic projects
- How to manage herd sire reproductive health
- Achieving gold star animal welfare standards cost effectively
Presenters include Tim Emery, Technical Officer with Tropical Beef Technology Services, Dr Emily Pelling, Veterinarian with Vet Cross and Dr Andrew Marland, Veterinarian with Vet Cross.
