Workplace Health and Safety Workshop
Improve understanding on workplace health and safety issues was identified one of the priority areas of the primary producers while they first participated in the Building Business Resilience workshop under Farm Business Resilience Program (FBRP).
During the workshop, a producer will identify the main risks of business, prioritize those risks, and work out how to deal with one or two of the business risks. The more a producer understand a business risks, legal obligations, and the way to deal a hazard, the more hazard-free and effective days a producer will have to invest in business. This in turns help a business to remain more productive and profitable.
