Join us for a free workshop to learn how people cope during and after traumatic events.
We will explore:
- ways to assist people affected by a traumatic event (e.g. drought)
- how to identify and assist people who may be at risk of suicide, depression and other mental health issues
- how to look after ourselves while assisting others.
Morning and afternoon tea, and lunch will be provided.
