Trish grew up on a beef cattle and farming property at Wandoan where she developed a strong interest in breeding and nutrition. She studied Rural Technology at UQ Gatton and after 5 years of working in the rural industry she went back to complete a post-graduate in education, and spent 19 years as an Agricultural Science teacher in Charleville.
