Make the most of rain and your pasture during drought
Glenn Landsberg, with experience from working with numerous landholders throughout the South West will be sharing techniques that others are using:
- Drought management through pasture management
- Ways to optimise rainfall
- Improving pasture through grazing management
- Ways to combat and manage erosion
- A visit out to an on-property demonstration site to look at spreader banks and pasture management techniques
Murray Wingett with experience in plant toxicities, animal health and weeds, will be giving a short presentation that covers:
- Current Pimelea research and ongoing trials
- Signs of cattle poisoning
- Signs and symptoms of Three-Day Sickness
- How producers can access free disease diagnostic services
- Information on the weeds of the Paroo shire
