Biosecurity Queensland Response Readiness Workshop – Bundaberg

Join Biosecurity Queensland for a series of Biosecurity Response Readiness Workshops to help industry prepare for a potential biosecurity outbreak.

Biosecurity outbreaks disrupt services, operations and community confidence. By attending this workshop you will gain an understanding of:

• How your organisation can prepare for a biosecurity outbreak
• An understanding of national biosecurity arrangements
• How a biosecurity response will be managed
• How biosecurity outbreaks are different to arrangements for other emergencies such as floods and bushfires.

You’ll also meet a network of local people who can help you strengthen your biosecurity preparedness.

The workshops are aimed at anyone from industry or business whose role will be affected by a biosecurity outbreak including:

• Industry peak bodies
• Producers, processers and manufacturers
• Large local employers
• Transport, logistics, retail and distribution
• Regional and emerging leaders.
