Better Beef Business workshop Goondiwindi

As part of the Northern Beef Business Mentoring Program, the “Better Beef Business” one day workshops provide an important opportunity for producers to take some time out of the business, do some strategic thinking, and work ON the business (around topics such as high value markets, staff, succession, business expansion etc).

The workshops are designed to be interactive and discussion based, to get producers thinking about their own business, how they want their businesses to be structured to meet their own / their family’s needs, and what changes need to happen to get there.

During the day, participants will undertake a stocktake of their beef businesses, be exposed to new ways of thinking about business, and hear from industry specialists and business mentors – to start the process of building or fine tuning their beef businesses.

Cost: $197 per person or $297 per couple or two people from the same business (it is critical to have all key decision makers present when commencing any business examination and change process – that’s why program discounts apply).
